It exhibits excellent solubility and stability, effectively regulating the acidity and alkalinity of food and enhancing food quality. This product appears as a white crystalline powder with a purity of over 98%, making it an ideal food additive.

 

Detailed Usage Instructions

1. Beverage Industry: Generally, it is added at a proportion of 0.1% - 0.5% in various fruit juice beverages, carbonated beverages, tea beverages, and other products. During the production process, first dissolve anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate in an appropriate amount of water to form a solution, and then evenly add it to the beverage base material during the blending process. Stir thoroughly until well mixed, and then proceed with subsequent canning, sterilization, and other processing steps. For example, when producing 1000 liters of fruit juice beverage, 1 - 5 kilograms of anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate can be accurately weighed and added.
2. Bakery Field: For bread, cakes, and other bakery products, it is usually added at a rate of 0.2% - 0.5% based on the weight of flour. During the dough mixing stage, add anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate together with flour, yeast, water, and other raw materials into the mixer, and stir and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Then, carry out the conventional operations such as fermentation, shaping, and baking. For example, when producing 500 kilograms of bread, 1 - 2.5 kilograms of anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate need to be added.
3. Dairy Product Processing: In yogurt, cheese, and other products, the addition amount is approximately 0.15% - 0.3%. During the pretreatment stage of raw milk, dissolve anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate and add it to the raw milk. Stir evenly and then proceed with the sterilization, fermentation, and other processes. For example, when producing 10 tons of yogurt, about 15 - 30 kilograms of anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate is required.
4. Meat Product Industry: Depending on the type and processing requirements of different meat products, the addition amount ranges from 0.3% - 0.8%. During the curing or chopping process, add anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate together with salt, spices, and other ingredients into the meat, and stir thoroughly until the meat fully absorbs it.
